Satisfying Our Cravings with TruFru Chocolate Covered Frozen Fruit

The holidays are fast approaching and I am SO ready for them! So ready, in fact, that all my Christmas shopping is done. Yup. I had all my gifts purchased before Halloween. Why, you ask? Mostly because I like to shop and I am always hunting for good deals. I have been mostly stock piling things all year. As for my family, we all have Amazon lists. So when I need to get gifts, everything is just a click away. I highly recommend you get your family to make wish lists online because it makes everything SO much easier!
So since the most stressful holiday task is taken care of, that really only leaves room for more fun tasks, like planning the holiday menus. I'm hosting Thanksgiving this year and am always on the hunt for easy appetizers and finger foods that don't take a lot of time or effort but still taste great. I was introduced to TruFru Frozen Chocolate Covered Fruits through my collaboration with the party company Tryazon. I was chosen to try out these chocolate covered fruits and I couldn't have been more excited! I mean, chocolate and fruit?! Seriously. It's a no brainer!
I was sent some coupons to purchase these packs of amazingness, so off to my local Wegmans I went. There were two kinds to choose from so of course I got two of each type. I chose raspberries and cherries in white and dark chocolate. As you can tell from the product picture above, each fruit is wrapped in a layer of white chocolate and then a layer of dark chocolate. They are hyper-chilled and frozen so that they maintain an incredible level of flavor to them. The best part is that they are pretty guilt free, as far as desserts go. A serving is only 90 calories and there are only two ingredients; chocolate and fruit! So guilt free that I don't mind my kids snacking on them either. A serving of these will curb your cravings and still leave you feeling satisfied without the yucky feeling of overindulging. And believe me, after Halloween candy, these are a welcome sight!
So I called up my neighbors and friends, and told them to stop by to try out these delicious goodies by TruFru. We had a revolving door of people coming in and out, as we hosted a casual party. I had a coffee and tea bar set up so that guests could enjoy a drink with their fruit. We had the TruFru packs set out on the table, so that people could see what they were tasting. As guests came in, I showed them videos on TruFru and Tryazon so that they knew how the party came about. All my guests had never heard of TruFru before, so this introduction was essential! They then casually lingered enjoying coffee and the TruFru chocolate fruits while the kids played out in the yard. Of course, all the kids loved the fruit and all the parents raved that it was a really good guilt free dessert for their kids. The adults loved that they were bite size and could easily be served in dishes as a holiday appetizer or dessert. We ended the party by giving guests coupons as they left and raffling off two of our six free bags. Everyone was thoroughly impressed with TruFru and glad that we introduced them to the company!
So I know exactly what will make the holidays merry and bright...a couple bags of TruFru for my family to snack on! These will definitely be making an appearance at Thanksgiving and Christmas this year! As for my other bags of TruFru in the freezer...
...I'm going to have to hide them from this little monster!
