October is wrapping up and the leaves are starting to change colors and fall to the ground. We have a gorgeous tree in our front yard and the leaves on it turn a bright yellow that is just stunning to see every Fall. It reminds me that even though the weather is getting cold and the days are getting shorter, that there is still so much beauty to the Fall season. I'm more of a warm weather gal, so this reminder that the colder weather can be beautiful in it's own way is something I hold close every year.
I have to admit that something that always gets me through the colder seasons is chocolate! I mean, who doesn't want to cuddle up under a blanket at night and watch TV with some delicious chocolate to cheer you up?! I have tried all kinds of brands and am not very picky when it comes to chocolate. It just has to taste good and smooth.
So when I found out I was chosen by the party company Tryazon to host a Free2b Halloween Party full of chocolate goodies, I was so excited! I had never tried this brand before and I was intrigued by their products, which are free from 12 common allergens. I was interested to see if their chocolates could be as tasty as the main brands on the market while still being crafted with allergies in mind. I have lots of friends who have kids with nut and gluten allergies, so I knew this was going to be a fun brand to share!

Free2b sent me the most amazing party pack, full of swag and products to share! Their chocolate cups came in three flavors; dark chocolate sunflower butter cups, milk chocolate sunflower butter cups, and dark mint chocolate cups. They also included some snack packs of their Crunchsters mung beans in bacon and salt flavors. There were coupons for guests, pens, sticky notepads, stickers, a cooler bag, a tea towel, and even some ribbons for costume contest prizes! This was sure to make for lots of gifts for guests to try and win!

I hosted my party on a Friday evening, before our local school's Trunk or Treat event. Kids were already in their costumes, so it was a perfect before party! I had 25 guests show up. I allowed guests to come anytime between 3:30-5, so that we didn't have too many guests in the house at one time. When families would come, I would show them Tryazon and Free2b's websites that were set up on my laptop and explain about each company to them. I then had all the swag and chocolates set up in my kitchen for guests to peruse and try. Every guest got to take home chocolates and swag items. Before each kid left, I gave them a costume prize ribbon and let them take home two of the individual chocolates from the Halloween Chocolates bag I received. The cutest costume went to a little blue elephant, the scariest costume went to a vampire, and the best costume went to a boy dressed up as Cookie Monster. There were lots of other winners, but those were some of my favorites. Guests were super impressed with the chocolates and commented that they didn't know allergy friendly candy could be so tasty. No one had heard of this company before and many were excited to find them at our local Wegmans and use their coupons. The party was a great success and everyone got to go home with so many treats!

I'm really happy I got to try these chocolates out because they make such a friendly candy option for Halloween. I already bought a bag of these for Christmas stocking stuffers and for birthday goodie bags. It's such a yummy treat to have on hand for when our friends that have allergies stop by. They taste amazing and there is no sacrifice in flavor by using allergy friendly ingredients. Make sure you stop by their website to grab some too!
