Ritter Sport Chocolate Taste Party

We are already almost halfway through November and it's hard to believe Thanksgiving is getting closer. Our family has been busy with Fall activities and it's definitely our busiest time of the year. My favorite tree in the front yard has already lost all its beautiful yellow leaves and we have a large pile of them under the tree for the kids to play in. It was during one of these raking sessions that a large box was delivered to our house. And it was full of all kinds of chocolate-y goodness!

I was chosen by the party company Tryazon to host a delicious Ritter Sport Chocolate Taste Party. If you've never had Ritter Sport Chocolate, you are totally missing out! Their chocolate is creamy, rich, and they have a variety of flavors and options to choose from. They're also a carbon neutral company, and you know I love a company that cares about the environment!

In my party pack were 10 Ritter Sport 3.5 oz bars and 10 MINI Towers. I had a huge variety of flavors and sizes to offer guests, which was awesome!

I originally had my party scheduled for a Saturday afternoon, but then my family came down with COVID for the first time and I had to push the party back a week while we recovered. Luckily all of our original guests were able to take part on the new date, but we did modify the party a bit to make guests comfortable. My new party was hosted on a Wednesday evening after school from 4-5. I invited guests to come any time in that time frame. A few guests were uncomfortable with coming by since we had just been sick, so I modified by making gift bags for those who couldn't make it in person. Each gift bag contained one 3.5 oz bar and 4 of the smaller chocolates from the towers for guests to try at home, as well as pamphlets on Tryazon and Ritter Sport for guests to learn about the brands. We had 14 people stop by the house in person and I made 4 gift bags to drop off to the 4 households who couldn't make it. All together, the products were shared with 24 people! For the guests who stopped by, they each got to try a square of the chocolate they wanted, as I had all the larger 3.5 oz bars open and cut up into bowls. I had a laptop with information about Tryazon and Ritter Sport on it and I told the guests about each company. I then let each household choose one of the mini towers to take home as a gift. Guests loved being able to try multiple types of chocolates and most had never heard of Ritter Sport. They were all impressed and many loved the Hazelnut Chocolate Bar the best!

When guests asked where they could find the chocolates, I explained that they could be found at our local Wegmans. A lot of guests were happy they could be found close by and surprised they had never seen or noticed them there before. Most of my guests were going to buy some on their next trip to the store! And for good reason! This is really delicious chocolate!

The best part is that Christmas is coming up and these chocolates make such a great gift for family and friends. They are excellent stocking stuffers and any kid would LOVE seeing one of these big 3.5 oz bars in their stockings!
